The ultimate for a reason… or 15. Crunchy brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds, chestnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, with fruity hits of cranberry, packed in sumptuous layers of sweet potato, onion, celery, leeks, spinach, and a sprinkling of crispy polenta to finish. What a mouthful.

Great with with extra helpings of roasted veg and a rich onion gravy.

I am trying to eat a more varied diet so I tried this nut roast from Clive’s. It was easy to cook, did me for two meals and was tasty. Would buy again. The ingredients list is encouragingly straightforward, no mystery gloop here.
Had almost given up trying to find a decent nut roast but thought Id give this one a try and so glad I did ! Delicious combination of nuts and seeds – will definitely be a regular purchase.
My husband loves this. It’s packed full of really good quality nuts and doesn’t rely on cheap fillers and cheaper nuts like peanuts which we can’t have in the house because of my peanut allergy. It’s not an all inn one meal to have on its own but is a great favourite served with vegetables and roasties. Expensive but quality nuts are….
