The business has made a huge impact in a short time and are looking to hire a Customer service executive to support the growth curve in the UK and International markets.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an individual with a bucket load of passion, experience and a bloody-mindedness to get sh!t done. The successful candidate will be central in our mission to create a successful food business that will make positive change to the world and the lives of people and animals living in it.

You would be responsible for managing orders and deliveries as well as stock. You will be part of the bakery team and communication will be key to make sure we have the right stock in the location. This role is based in our bakery in Dartmouth that is going through a modernisation project and developing processes in many new areas. This is a great time to join and be part of the growth and progress on site.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• · Respond promptly and professionally to customers and consumers
• · Resolve customer issues
• · Link communications between head office and the bakery team
• · Manage manual orders in our system
• · Book transport for collections and deliveries
• · Collaborate with different departments to resolve complex issues
